Project Repair:
Capilano Road
Moisture damage had resulted in rotting of a portion of the exterior wall at the bathroom. The wall structure needed to be repaired, the window needed to be replaced, and the base of wall needed to be waterproofed to prevent standing water on the exterior concrete slab from being sucked up into the new wood framed wall.
