Project Rehabilitation:

Fairview Manor

The construction portion of this project was completed in the role of Project Manager while working for RDH Building Science Inc.

This project involved a complete rehabilitation including structural upgrades, new roofing, new cladding, new windows and doors, new glass and wood-framed canopies and new patios throughout.

The scope also included the replacement of sold guards to glass guards at all balcony and patio locations.
