Concrete Coatings Renewal:

Jewel Building

This project was completed in the role of Project Architect while working for RDH Building Science Inc.

The scope of this renewal included removing existing elastomeric and polyurethane coatings from vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces, including exterior concrete walls and concrete balconies.

Concrete repairs were conducted on corroded rebar.

New elastomeric and polyurethane coatings were applied to vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces.
