Project Rehabilitation:

Vancouver East Cultural Centre

This project was conducted in the role of Intern Architect while working for Colborne Architectural Group Pacific.

At project outset this building was condemned, boarded up and shrink-wrapped to prevent any further water damage due to leaking roof.

The project entailed new roofing and insulation upgrades, interior renovations, new exterior stairs, building code upgrades, exterior cladding repairs, mechanical upgrades and electrical upgrades.
